Class of 2025 Graduation Information
As the school year concludes, CVHS encourages seniors to enjoy their final months responsibly while adhering to all school rules. Seniors are reminded that behavior such as vandalism, truancy (e.g., "senior ditch day"), substance use, or misconduct may lead to loss of senior privileges, including participation in the graduation ceremony.
Graduation Information
- Date & Time: Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 4:00 PM
- Location: Saddleback College Stadium (due to construction at CVHS)
- Gate Opening: 2:30 PM (no early access allowed)
- Tickets: 5 free per student will be given to students at cap and gown pickup

- May 22: Senior Awards – Large Gym
- June 3: Cap & gown distribution (after finals)
- June 4: Senior Brunch – Dave & Buster’s, Irvine (students provide transportation)
- June 5 (9:00 AM): Mandatory graduation rehearsal at Saddleback College
- June 5 (4:00 PM): Graduation ceremony

Cap & Gown Distribution (TICKETS TOO)
- Date: June 3, 2025 (10:30–1:30 PM)
- Location: Cougar Hall

- Deadline: A la carte items and full packages may be purchased at this time
- Rules: Student ID required with/ 5-STAR check-in
Senior Brunch Info
- Date: June 4, 2025 (9:00–11:00 AM)
- Location: Dave & Buster’s, Irvine Spectrum
- Cost: $40 w/ASB card, $50 without (if not included in senior package)
- Deadline: May 28, 2025
- Rules: Student ID required; students subject to search; permission slips mandatory
Graduation Day Instructions - Thursday, June 5th
- REHEARSAL - Morning of at 9:00 AM, practice field adjacent to the stadium.
- You will choose your seat at this time and fill out your name card.
- Practice processional onto the field and how to walk to the stage. This can be done quickly if done correctly.
- CEREMONY - Arrive by 2:30 PM to the practice field next to the stadium; bring cap, gown, tassel, and any earned medals - do not wear until after check-in.
- Wear comfortable shoes (heels prohibited).
- Only school-approved cords and stoles may be worn unless culturally appropriate.
- Diplomas will be distributed after the ceremony at the concession stand.
- Picture opportunities will be available on the grass field behind the concession stand after the ceremony.
