First Newspaper Drive very successful!

Wow - what a response for our first newspaper drive of the 2010-2011 school year!  Hundreds of brown grocery bags and bundles of newspapers were dropped off during the packet pick up on Aug 11 - 13.  The schedule for this year is posted to the right.

It really helps if you pack your newspapers in brown bags or tie them with twine.  This makes packing the bin easier and safer.  Scroll down to see sample pictures of each.

CR&R, our recycling partner, has asked that we have no cardboard boxes or plastic bags.  The plastic bags jam their sorter at the recycling facitily.
