We are currently updating the Capo Athletics page to make it more user friendly. Each team will have a link on the left side of the main athletics page. Some of the teams have a seperate web site, which can be found on their Capo page... We hope to have everything completed prior to the summer.

Summer Camps & Practices
For information on 2013 Summer Camps & Practices, please email the Head Coach for the sport of interest. All Head Coaches are listed on the left side link "Contact Info" page with their current email address. Information on each team's Practices and Camps will be added to their Capo page as it becomes available. If you have trouble contacting the head coach, please email the Athletic Director, Chad Addison.
FALL TRY-OUT DATES
We will continue to post Try-Outs dates as coaches determine the dates. It is always recommended that any interested athletes contact the Head Coach. A completed Clearance Packet must be submitted prior for ALL athletes to try out. Clearance Packets can be printed from the Athletics Page.

Girls Tennis-
August 12-16, 9am-11am @ Capo Tennis Courts
Girls Cross Country-
Athlete led practices for girls cross country begin Mon June 17, contact Captains for details-see website www.cougarsxc.com
Coach led summer training begins Mon July 15 at 8am at Capo room m-3, detailed schedule of sites and workouts on website www.cougarsxc.com
Girls Golf-
Tryout date: Monday August 26th at Saddleback Driving Range (north end) from 3-4pm.
1st Practice: Tuesday August 27th at San Juan Hills Golf Course 2:30-5:30pm.
